New Building 2015 – Retail Store
The owner requested a visible location for their “flagship” Verizon retail store. The owner purchased property on the main traffic corridor though Escanaba. The property selected had an existing building that was razed to construct the new retail store. The owners desired to utilize the existing foundation so DDGi work closely with the owner and his consultants to layout the building to conform to the footprint of the existing foundation. The interior space incorporates 2663 sq. ft. of retail space with 715 sq. ft. of support space. The project was completed in the summer of 2015.
